Have been trying to sell for at least a year, privately, at 350k unsuccessfully and with an ongoing legal dispute by a potential buyer over an unfinished sale, due to the same buyer, however, not wanting to give up the property. Assigned at 285k thanks to the trust of one of the brothers. Sold after about 90 days at 287,000 due to the presence of two offers, one at 285k and the other at 287k.

Reason for sale

Cottage received as an inheritance in a condominium setting. Motivated sellers, did not want to keep the house so as not to burden themselves with additional costs beyond those of the house they live in.
